I am a married man in my mid 30's living in the uk. I have been 'into' nappies since I was about 5. Recently I have starting wearing nappies to work every day and have found that I have started wetting my nappy without even realising it. One day last week, it was so wet that it leaked! There are two main worries that I have - firstly - I am becoming incontinent? Secondly how long should I wait before changing myself ~ I am worried about getting nappy rash? Can anyone help me please?
