Mommy From Entry: Time Down 06/04/2009 12:05 AM Quite true, for my three plus years of being on the net I have seen change come my way more then once. Sometimes change can be for the better and sometimes it can be for the worst, in either case change still occurs. Lately change has occurred again in my life in that not much has been going on lately net wise for me. It has made for a good change in that I have now gotten back to more serious book reading( finished reading a couple of books recently) It also has lead me to get out to Barnes & Noble bookstore and buy a couple of books (If you're curious: The Complete Tales and Poems of Edgar Allan Poe and The Complete Sherlock Holmes) I admit I have missed those long hours of reading I used to do before I had net access. If anything this recent change in my life is a trip down memory lane for me, while adding new memories as I have never read Sherlock Holmes before. Of course Madi I do miss those long talks you and I have had in the chat box and in AIM. But changes like this are more akin at times to a seasonal type of change. It allows for net friends to take time away from each other and recharge and in time talk again. I know this from experience because recently I have been able to get in contact again with my first net friend and as usual he was glad to hear from me. Isn't that enough? :) From Entry: Why? 11/16/2008 06:48 PM Madi, you certainly know about my experience in how that when I was searching for love I ended up with potential suitors at the best. Before them I fell in love with someone I couldn't be with, that was certainly a rough time for me. It sounds like a cliche but it seems to be true since it happened to me: when you're not looking for a boyfriend or girlfriend is when one comes your way. As for love, it takes many forms, I'm sure you remember that we had some great friendship love going on in the chatbox earlier in the year. Does that kind of thing go away? Not at all, yes it can die down or even get put on hold due to circumstances such as needing a hiatus from a chatbox *points to self* In time the one you want to be with can come your way, it helps to have a idea of what you want in a mate. "The more similarities the better, it's like money in the bank" I've heard it put that way from a marriage counselor on a radio program when I was a kid or teen, I haven't forgotten it. From Entry: A Thought on Myself 11/15/2008 03:54 PM A unique thought you have, I find that I've never truly fallen in love myself and perhaps I ought to say nothing. But when we observe an hourglass we find that one is always empty and the other full, and when it is turned what was full begins to empty... so too in such a moment do we understand the nature of love. It is not that love hides, rather love waits to be found. *Shrugs* but I am... just a man and I know very little.
