...and I apologize for not updating nearly as often as I pledged when I joined the SK world. Life, unsurprisingly has been far too busy and sitting down to even breathe, has been tricksy. No matter, I'm here right now, and excited at the direction my life's heading. I'll be graduating this June with a BA in English and Music, with plans to move down to Oregon next Fall.
I have no idea what I want to do with my life, and for once I'm completely OK with that. I just want to live. Seattle has been an amazing experience, but I'm ready for a change, and 2009 is the time to do it. I certainly need to pay off some college debt too!
OK, I lied, I do have a few notions regarding what I want to do when I grow up. Teaching high school has always been an option, but this past year has been nudging me toward joining the Peace Corp. I'd love to travel some, and I might as well help some people while I'm doing it! If I was a teacher though, maybe I'd be able to wear more adorable outfits...? Ahh, fantasies...
It'd be unfair to leave this entry without touching on the point of it: my femenine preferences! I've made small steps (comparatively so some of the awesomely brave souls here) but they've been steps nonetheless. Last time I posted (eesh, last Fall!) I had a tendency to go through phases of wearing my fem clothes. Sporatic days here, but never anything consistent. SO! A while back I started a new thing. For one week every month, I must wear two articles of fem clothes. For me, this means panties and hose, but it's been wonderful. I don't quite have the money to buy any bras, and hosiery is really cheap. The other clothes I have are mostly maids uniforms and some other costumes, which...needless to say, would be hard to wear out in public for just about anyone!
It was difficult to jump start, and even harder to hold myself accountable for wearing them everyday. There have certainly been mornings where I just wasn't in the mood, and even more often, felt a little humiliated to have panties on when I was out and about with my guy friends. The trick for me has been to remind myself that this is something I love to do. I love the feeling of hosiery and I love the feminine connotations of wearing panties under my guy clothes. It's quite liberating, really.
Alright! I need to get back to some school work and continue the good fight against Senioritis. Gah, I promise nothing, however, as it's very easy to procrastinate on SK. Hope life is going well for you all, and here's one genuine kiss from Seattle!

I'm working two jobs right now to help pay for school. Most of my income comes from being a writing tutor for one of the libraries on campus, but the other is as a stocker for one of the dorm's cafeteria's. A few points worth noting about my stocking job:
-Wearing my favorite pink thong is a terrible idea when I'm moving heavy boxes around.
-I am treated with much more respect when I'm doing my tutor thing than I am with my cafeteria apron on.
-The apron isn't actually so bad.
-Most of my shifts at the cafeteria are early in the morning. That being said, I'm usually groggy and spend my time daydreaming about what outfit I'd rather be wearing.
-To further that last point, the female students frequently give me plenty of ideas for outfits I'd love to wear one day.
I know this is a terrible attitude, but I don't really see myself becoming the sissy that I write about, let alone the one I dream about. I'm in a pretty steady relationship and though it's never been explicit, she seems happy with the way things are right now. I recall her once saying, "I could never date someone that looked cuter in my panties than me." Alas, this community will have to do for now.

Since joining this established community here at SK, I've found myself thinking more and more about this lifestyle. I've even been making a conscious effort to wear a pair of panties under my regular clothes the past few weeks.
It's liberating.
Being an undergrad student, I'm certainly not living the high life and my wardrobe reflects that. I have roughly a weeks worth of panties, a pair of high-heel knee-high boots, two short plaid skirts, my maid uniform, and of course a small supply of disposable diapers. What I'm getting at is after reading through so many topics on the forums I find myself somewhat envious of all of these sissy wardrobes! I've been searching through a number of websites online for clothes and lingerie I would like to get one day and I'll be honest - my favorite site so far has been Victoria's Secret. Maybe it's just the models, but their sets are so beautiful and if the measurements are all accurate most of their clothes will fit.
My next step after wearing panties under my jeans will be to wear tights. I feel like an amateur saying this, but I've never owned, let alone wore a pair before. Considering the fiscal issues, is it a bad thing if I acquire a cheap pair at a grocery store or should I order them through a place like Victoria's Secret? My concern is that I'll pay five dollars more for something that just has a brand name.
Any thoughts?

I've never, ever discussed this part of my life with anyone. Even from an anonymous perspective, this is a big step for me. Going back to elementary school I've always been attracted to the lifestyle of servitude...in women's clothing. I fantasize giving up everything in my posession to a woman one day. I want to be completely submissive, diapered, and hopefully in a maid's uniform.
Though I try to avoid cliche's, I'd like to make something of this blog.
