Goodmorning everyone!
I'm going to follow OopsiePanty's advice and just write about little tid-bits of my day in this blog~ Maybe I'll be a really good blogger like her someday? ^_^
Anyways, I wanted to share this special moment with all of you because it's just the sweetest and warmest thing to happen to me all day so far!
I woke up to Daddy, leaning over my crib and stroking my hair with a soft smile on his face (which made me smile, however sleepily it was!) He was all dressed for work so I thought it must be really early! Then he whispered, asking if he had woken me up. I kind of nodded, but i was still smiling, so I hope he didn't feel bad about it!
"My poor baby." He said in a hushed sorta voice, putting his arms around me and lifting me up (my Daddy is very strong! and I'm not heavy at all.) I put my arms lightly around his neck, nuzzling my head into his shoulder. Daddy smells really good by the way!
Not like baby powder or baby formula good.. but like.. Daddy good! He made his way into the living room with me and then sat down on the couch. I was still half asleep of course since this was at 6:30 this morning before Daddy had to go to work! Well, we just sat on the couch together, he leaning against the arms rest and I in his lap, until it was time for him to leave.
And there you have it! A wonderful, most beautiful moment with my Daddy! He's so great ^_^
