I'm really happy that I have so many friends I can count on! ^__^ One in particular is the bestest ever! But.. I won't say any names~ He knows he's the greatest friend anyone on SissyKiss could have! hehe And I'm just glad he counts me as one of his friends<3

Anyways, on to the subject of this blog entry!

Today, Daddy didn't have to work (yay!) so I decided to be like a big girl and make him a treat~ I know he loves cupcakes and I do too, so that's what I decided to whip up. Well, I got out all of the things I would need (bowels, cupcake mix, butter, eggs, etc.) and layed em out!

Then I started following the directions in the cookbook. At first, everything was going great! I had everything mixed up and ready to go in the cupcake pan thingy [next, the oven of course]. I was taking the bowel over to the other counter where I had the cupcake pan, when the bowel sorta slipped out of my hands..

Well, me an Daddy have tile flooring, so the bowel busted and glass an cupcake batter went all over the place! I was afraid to move cuz I didn't have shoes on. Daddy rushed in when he heard it and ran over to where I was.

He asked me was I ok and I said yeah! Then he picked me up and put me in the living room while he cleaned up. I felt so terrible for making such a mess! I put on the nearest pair of shoes (which happened to be Daddy's work boots hehe) and went back in the kitchen to help!

Daddy already had some of the glass picked up, so I cleaned as much batter as I could with a towel. I got the mop then mopped up some more as Daddy swept the last of the little pieces of glass into the dustpan. I was tired out by the time the floor was spotless as you may well guess! I pulled his shoes off and layed down on the couch.

I fell asleep somehow and when I woke up, Daddy had made a whole nother batch of cupcakes! I was happy cuz we got to eat yummy cupcakes after all. ^.^
