Most people probably know this. A cheap way to stuff a bra after you put it on is to roll up several socks and place them in each cup. Then when you finish dressing it appears you have breasts. A hand towel can be used to stuff a bra too, wash cloths, or lots of toilet paper.

I know the Cheap Trick you are talking about. My roommate back in the early 80's won a free bus trip and tickets to see a Cheap Trick rock concert. I was not able to go.

Socks and tissues make for very inexpensive stuffing. However, one of the things I discovered when I stuffed is that those will give you strange lumps and have a terrible tendency to fall out. Spending a few bucks can give you a couple semi-realistic feeling breasts.

Acquire a pair of pantyhose and add birdseed or rice to the feet. When they're large enough, tie them off and inset them into the bra cups. These will get you a B or C cup effectively. Essentially, this will only cost you about $10 or so.
