I once saw a hiphop video with big names (Busta Rhymes, Nas, I think) that had an adult baby theme as well - some rapper walks into a motel room that's transformed into a nursery, with hot black girls in playpens. Can't remember the name of the track, alas. But this The Cock Diesel video goes waaaay further than that

Don't forget (actually, a lot of people did) the 1990s band Bad Ronald with their song, "Let's Begin." Featured a party scene with a lot of beautiful young women, dancing in their diapers (and one dirty old man oggling them). It's difficult to locate on the web these days, alas. But when I first saw it on MTV years ago - wow!
