Last night I didn't wear my diapers under my baby nightie, thinking I was a big girl now. And I completely soaked the bed! I think I had peed two or three times during the night since the sheets were practically dripping! I don't know how exactly to punish myself since I only just realized my desire to be an adult baby a few days ago. And then I stumbled across this site and thought that maybe someone here might have a few ideas. I've been such a bad girl by not wearing my diapers, so be as cruel as possible. But please, no penetration or sexual punishment.

Why don't you sprinkle your next diaper with dried mustard. The next time you wet it'll burn, reminding you why you're in diapers. It's completely safe as well.

well clearly you need those diapers little girl i suggest you put yourself in three extra thick diapers and a nice pair of plastic panties put them on at 8 pm one evening and you cant take them off until 12 am the next morning and you must drink at least four litters of juice milk or water you should be very wet indeed that will remind you why you wear diapers
