I like to be spanked. ::shock:: Alas, I am without someone to spank me, and well, self-spanking is kind of trés lame. :3 So I've been left with attempting to find alternative ways of preventing myself from wanting to sit down for a long time.

I've un/fortunately found such a thing: Cayenne pepper. Mix a small amount (a little bit goes a looooooong way) of powered cayenne with baby lotion; and like a bad snake oil product, APPLY DIRECTLY TO THE BUTT. BUTT-ON. APPLY DIRECTLY TO THE BUTT.

The burning started about thirty seconds in. Kind of a nice, light heat sensation at first. Until about five minutes in, when I literally started sweating. And frowning. And came close to tears, really. ^^ Forty minutes later, and there's still a nice, residual burn that makes me not want to sit, really.

I'm going to go stand in the corner, actually, nuts to this sitting business. :3

Do take it easy with that stuff. As a nursing student, I've seen some pretty nasty wounds, if you're not careful, you could push it too far. I've seen horrible diaper rash from people on IV liquid diets, once you break the skin, it is really difficult to heal that stuff.

Look up Figging. It's essentially a ginger root butt plug. It'll make your butt sting for hours. =)

Look it up because there are a lot of little details to get it just right for you.

You could also put dried mustard in your diaper. Once you wet it'll burn.
