Found this at the hospital I work at. It's used to give enemas. If you're into this, it looks more real than store bought stuff, gives you an enema, and the tip even inflates to lock in place until your ready to take it out.

Don't know where you get it from, I found it in the radiology department, they use them for barium enemas.

I had a Barium Enema in the hospital back in 82 when I was sick with bowel disease of some kind. The device was more primitive and not comfortable.

They inserted a tube with many round disks into my rectum to block the backflow. On the other end was a balloon on the outside and any backflow went thru the tube and collected in the balloon.

I did not like it, when they let the fluid go I filled up like my colon was a balloon. Then they took exrays and fluid did not leak out, it went in the balloon.
