Hiya all I was broke of the F Bomb along time ago by Donna Ex Mommy and GF. The problem is its coming back I was in the Army for ALONG time and used to drop it every other word. Now I live with a very nosy brother and don't have much of any sissy thing anymore. Dipees and such are ez to get. She used age regression and a good helping of soap lol. Tho I can't just park myself in the corner wo my brother going Huh? (or can I hummmm) I not into the forced thing unless it has a lession or meaning with it and the humilation thing can work but wow I might of solved my problem wo need help lol. Ill just soap my mouth and sit in the coner if I use the F word and do it infront of my brother hehe. But open to anything else. My fam at Easter was even like WOW stop lol.

Try some behavior modification, for the next couple of days don't wear diapers, and whenever you drop the bomb, pee a little. If your pants are in danger of becoming wet, you might be less inclined to curse. Like a swear jar, just pee pants.

Ever hear of a "sour pacifier", Michele?

Take a silicone pacifier and a needle (or injector of some sort - they do sell flavor injectors in the kitchen tools section of most stores...) Inject either vinegar (Penny's favorite) or castor oil (my own favorite) into the pacifier nipple. Suck on it for a set length of time every time you use a word you shouldn't. ;-)

You do have your own bedroom, don't you? You could do this at night, when you won't be seen. You could do it in the bathroom. You COULD even do it in the car on your way to or from work - and if it is dark no one will see it. Surely you have SOME private time.

Oh those are good too. Will do Im just getting realy bad with it and like I said even my own Fam was like WOW lol so ya Old Mommy was good at breaking me of it but no mommy around to keep this baby in check anymore so self punishment it is lol. Oh that Sour Paci works well I don't like that at all and try not to swear cuz of it lol. I think thats worst than the soap lol. Did the ol' caster oil. I like vinegar lol we eat it on our fries here lol.
