You girls remember Crocs? They were a huge fad like 2 summers ago, and now you can hardly find them. I don't know why, since I still think they are about the most comfortable shoe around. You girls remember Crocs? They were a huge fad like 2 summers ago, and now you can hardly find them. I don't know why, since I still think they are about the most comfortable shoe around.

I believe the reason that they stopped being so popular (they still show up everywere though) is because they offer so little protection, and if you diddn't get them in just the right size, or if you got them wet and wore them, you developed realy bad blisters and things. The only type of footwear that offers less is a pair of thongs (flip-flops for those who don't speak Aussie). Also there were some incidences of little kids getting thier Crocs stuck in the sides of escalators and similar things, causing realy bad foot injurys, so alot of people won't buy them for that fact.

Not to mention they are one of the best symbols of ugly shoes EVER
