Ebay Problem
Watch out for high shipping costs.

No problem Kita Sparkles and everyone, if you read all I said in the 3 consectutive posts the seller evetually became nice and is doing what he could only do in the frist place. Only the "mailer" can run a trace on the package and he claims to have finally done so.I told him I have not left feedback yet, because I don't want to say the wrong thing when still stressed and the problem is not resolved yet.
I guess everyone posting is right, it's just different opinions. I still think any good business person would feel at leat 50% responsible. I think the seller should have run the trace sooner instead of making a smart ass comment about driving to Florida. He would trace it at his post office or online. I think the package is lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong adress and I wll not see it. I will probably just not leave any feedback.
LMPP: I think you comments about the USPS, Unions, and our government are well stated and shared by many in Florida. I have eyestrain right now but read most of what you said. I also worked construction and always non union. My wages were always far less, less benefits too, but I worked my ass off. The unions are known to take 3 or 4 to do the work of one, with several standing around watching. The government is like that too a real cushy job, high pay, and retirement just for showing up, if they even do that.

BB, I was always jealous of the wages, etc. but always said i'd get fired for working too hard...lol....it was the only way to make the day go fast, was bust ur ass!
I think ur right and not just Florida, people everywhere are gettng fed up with the overspending, be it the dems or repubs, they all work for lobbyists and NOT "we the people"
it's been going on for decades and don't ever see anything really changing no matter who is our corporate "puppet"
Notice mr. "anti-big business" Obama has done NOTHING about the latest gas hikes and enormous profits by the oil giants......that's cuz he magiacally slipped into their pocket, obvious once pointed out!!......even Bush stepped in way sooner than "THE GREAT ONE"
I'm sorry, yes I know....go find a political blog...but they get sooo violent!
Kinda like the union protesters, all spoiled brats and "guns for hire" compliments of el' presidente'......lol....cry, cry, cry......I love this country too much!!

End of story, Ebay refused to resolve my problem. I could not get ebay to open a case for (Item Not Recieved) on the computer. I eventually talked with them on the phone. A woman tricked me and after a long talk she assured me a case is now opened for me. A few days later I checked my ebay and no case was ever opened.
The seller could not get them to open a case either and was not happy, feeling Buyer Protection was rarely ever used. I did not leave negative feedback. I could not blame the seller for poor service by the post office. The case of diapers was not found and I never recieved them.
A case for me was opened in Paypal by Chase Bank and we won the case. Their Buyer Protection ended up covering the $40 cost and my checking account was credited. Also the seller still kept his money I gave him thru Paypal. My ebay case was denied till my rights had expired.
So after a major hassle, I have my money back and the seller still has his for the sale. The post office showed no responsibility over my missing package.
The only problem is Paypal put a lot of limitations on my account and for a fee, I can clear them up. I will not use Ebay and am happy for Paypal's help.
I used the $40 credit and bought a case of Attends Waisteband on sale for that price including shipping. I had my package within 1 week thru UPS.

i had a similar experience recently, my brother wanted a dirtbike so i offered to order it with my paypal [i am home for the summer] the bike was a super low price and i was skeptical [was 200] but the shipping was 700 and the seller wouldnt give me a receit for the shipping. I checked a dealer from the same area and their shipping was 300. Very sketchy.
