Sissy Rules for the Real World

So I am a sissy baby... but I do not need to share this with the world as we all know it's not the best thing to have a family member, boss, etc. find out. That's why I want to start a thread dedicated to being a sissy in the real world.

So here we go:

Rule #1 - You need to wear a bra. Now I know that you might be nervous about wearing a bra in public... The clasps and adjusters can be seen through most shirts and while we dont think twice about them showing on those lucky ones born female, it raises an eyebrow to the rest of us who need a little support. Just be carefull and you can wear almost any unlined bra in the winder. I look online and buy unlined bras in a size 36 and with a c-cup. The extra size allows the underwires to fit nicely around my chest and becuase theya re unlined the material lays flat over my boobies. In the summer white sports bras are a must. The ones i buy have the back section shaped like a "wife beater" or A-shirt. Then i wear one over my bra... this way they are the same shape and color so anytime the bra can be seen outside your t shirt it isnt noticeable at all.

Rule #2 - You wear panties. There is no excuse for not wearing panties... Get as pretty or an plain as you like... full cut ones tend to fit around our sissy parts better. No one sees your underwear unless you let them...

Rule #3 You get your period. Go online and find a period planner. (kotex.com) This is your period, there is no if's , an's, or butt's about it. If you are above 12 or under 50 your getting your period when your supposed to. Personally i dont think sissies should wear tampons, if this is your thing and you want to wear a tampon instead of a pad for a while go for it, but i don think its safe. You need to wear a pad in your undies for the 5 days you are on your period. This means the night before it started and on the last night before it is over... And for you too embarrased to buy pads... GET OVER IT! No one has to know, however, that they are for a sissy. If your not comfortable self checkouts are always a good option. You need to change your pad every 4 hours (except at night). I like always ultra thin maximum protection. They cover my panties well and are easy to carry on you for when you need to change it.

Now, I know alot of you are in diapers. If you wear a diaper 24/7 (seriously, not just say you do they wear when you feel like it) then you dont need any other protection during your period... that would be over kill. If your like me and dont think its realistic to be in a diaper for work, family functions, or at the gym... it is still essential that you use maxi pads in you panties when your on your period... again there is no reason you cant wear your panties anywhere (no one has to see them!) and pads are just a fact of life for us girls

Rule #4 - Sit to pee. Always sit to pee... seriously... no one is going to know your a sissy girl... if someone see's you going into the stall they will think you are pooping. This is a personal suggestion, but i use pantiliners, they catch any drips of pee before they get on my undies.

ill do it,,,,, i already wear panties and sit, and although i am not regular i usualy do some sort of period ritual,,,,,, and i havent always, but im starting to have to wear a bra in public, because my tits keep growing,,, normally i wear a sports bra or something

These are a good start. I would add . .
1. Be somewhat meek around girls and real men -- "respectful"
2. Accept the fact that you are not going to be sharing a girl's bed -- sissies sleep alone -- real men sleep with girls.
3. But rule 2 doesn't mean we can't have girl "friends" -- shopping, going to movies, etc. Many girls now kinda like to have a femmy "little friend" around at times.
4. Wear girls jeans -- and always "tuck" whatever little you have. Girls, seeing your tight jeans and with zero "bulge" in front will get the picture easily enough. (I've talked to girls, they say they almost always discreetly look at this area on guys -- it's "just something we do" according to them.
5. This all adds up to -- ypou are not a real man, at least in the "bedroom" sense. So do not act or dress like one. That would be dishonest.

I have a selection of bras, pretty girly trainering bras, so soft and smooth, I love my big girl bras and I love wewaring a cami with bra supports, mine are so sheer and you can see my frilly diaper cover clearly, don't look to close because I am a little shy..... I always wear my panties when I am not diapered At that time of the month I use pads and tampax, though I don't leave the tampax in overnight, I love the pleasure I get from inserting the tampax, I remove the tampax after a few hours and only use one per day, and use a pad during the night and for the rest of the day to catch those little drips. But mostly I am diapered morning to morning and I can change when a wet stain appears.....
